Question:  Are your beads guaranteed?
Answer:  Yes, they are guaranteed to your satisfaction.  You may return the items up to 7 days after receipt.  Please contact prior to returning for authorization.

Question:  How do you ship?
Answer:  U.S, and international orders are shipped via USPS "First Class Mail".  You can request priority mail for an additional charge based on current rates.

Question:  Do you do custom work?
Answer:  Yes, I do custom work.  I can also make any of the designs on my website using other color combination's.

Question:  What are your lead times?
Answer:  Most orders will ship within 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment.  Large orders will take longer.
